Best Western Ville-Marie Montreal Hotel & Suites

Spacious rooms, old but maintained. No smell,bedding was clean and cosy. Check in and check out process was smooth. Washrooms and rooms were clean. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Breakfast is not complimentary but available downstairs for an affordable price. The only major con is the internet speed , which is very slow and I had an online course to attend and was a challenge. I had to use my mobile data to complete the course. I enquired if there is a meeting or conference room with better internet speed but unfortunately they didn't have one. The location is amazing and convenient to most of the attractions and subway and steps to McGill university. Lots of restaurants around to explore different cuisines.

My girlfriends and I wanted a weekend in montreal and wanted to be close to the downtown action. The location did not disappoint...walking distance to the best bars and restos. We were 3 sharing 2 queen beds. Comfortable beds and when we asked for a couple of extra pillows they did not hesitate. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, staff is great, and rooms are quite large. My only issue is that myself and another gentleman did not know there was a 200$ deposit required. Though that may have my my own fault as well as his, I would have liked to know that before going. Other than that, no complaints.

I had a great stay at this Best Western when I visited Montreal. The staff was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was close to everything I did during my trip. I would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, but my friends have stayed here 2 times before. Overall, it was a great, seamless experience. I can't really even rate the service because it was never necessary, we never had any problems. The room was very nice and clean and, in the bathroom, as well. The soaps are all very nice and high quality. The lobby is stunning, and makes me feel like I'm in a bougee hotel.

This was a pleasant surprise. The location was excellent with ample parking for those who prefer private lots. The reception staff were great from arrival to departure and we were pleasantly surprised by all of the accommodations on the premises. I typically stay in one of the boutique hotels in the old quarters, so this was quite different, exceptional nonetheless.

The location of this hotel is great! It's completely walkable to museums, shopping, a large variety of restaurants, and only 15 minutes to Centre Bell to attend my concert. It's also a few blocks away from the "Peel Street Steps" to trek to Mount Royal's Kondiaronk lookout (& back down, lol). The neighbourhood architecture around McGill University is stunning. Area parking was very affordable. The hotel staff were professional, friendly and helpful. My room, listed as small and suitable for only two people, was in great condition and completely suitable for my stay, with the plus of a nice view. I would definitely stay here again!

From being greeted by Romy at the front desk to Peter remembering past conversations I couldn't have been more impressed with the staff and the hotel. It was clean, well priced and walking distance to restaurants and events like the Bell Centre. You sincerely can't go wrong with the hotel and location if you are visiting Montreal. I look forward to my next opportunity to take in a Hab's game and catch up with the staff again.
